The mega-top Atosa MSF has a deeper pan rail than the standard top, from 27 to 72 inches. Eight numbers are listed, including MSF8305GR, MSF3615GR and MSF8306GR. It shares the digital controller with the standard top, so P1, P2, HA, LA, EA, CA and dA mean the same.
A deeper rail holds more pans, and more open pans mean more warm air in the rail. We check the lid, the gaskets, the condenser and the probes, and we look at how the pans are loaded. Pans that stand above the rail block cold air and warm the food.
