The DP is Beverage-Air’s pizza prep table, and the DPD has drawers. The 30 plate numbers include DP46HC, DP60HC and DP119HC. The same numbers appear in the chef base list because the cabinet is shared, but a pizza table carries a rail and a large work surface.
Pizza lines produce flour, and flour clogs a condenser fast. We start with the coil, then the drawers and gaskets, then the fans and the control. If the rail runs warm while the cabinet below is cold, we look at the rail’s air stream.
A monthly brushing of the condenser is the best habit for a pizza line. Keeping pans level with the rail helps the cold air do its work, and we mention it if we see them stacked high.

Why does flour matter so much?
It packs into the condenser fins and blocks airflow, so the compressor runs hot. Regular brushing prevents it. A clean coil also saves power. Dust you can see on the fins is dust the compressor feels.
Can drawers be replaced?
Yes, if the slides or the drawer box are damaged. We confirm the part by plate number. Drawer boxes crack where they take weight. Replacement boxes are matched to the cabinet width.
My rail is warm but the drawers are cold. Why?
The rail has its own cold air path. A blocked vent or a pan that stands too high may be the cause. We also check the fan.
