The RA is the base-model Continental worktop refrigerator and the DRA is the Designer Line version, in widths from 43 to 118 inches. A hundred and forty numbers are listed, such as DRA118NSS, DRA118NSS-D and DRA118NSSBS. A suffix of -D marks a door or drawer variant.
A long cabinet has several doors, each with its own gasket, and one weak seal can warm a single section. We check every gasket, then the condenser, then the fans and the control. The easy control reports probe errors as E0, E1 and E2, and we test the probe it names before we replace anything.
Tell us the full plate number and which section runs warm. After a repair we recheck every section of the cabinet, since a long worktop can have more than one tired gasket.

One gasket or one fan may be weak. We check every door seal and the air path along the cabinet, so the repair goes to the right section instead of the whole box.
What does -D mean in the number?
It marks a door or drawer variant. We match gaskets and slides using the full number, so please read us everything after the letters DRA or RA.
Can you work around the cutting surface?
Yes. We cover the top, work from the front and back of the cabinet, and leave the surface clean when we finish. We also wipe the grille area.
