This is Continental’s largest family on our list, with 390 numbers for worktop and prep-rail refrigerators from 27 to 93 inches. Plate numbers such as D27N-U, D27N-U-D and D108GN show the width and pan layout, and the rail codes 8, 10, 12, 15 and 18M tell us the pan arrangement.
A prep unit lives with open pans and a lid that opens all day. We check the lid and gasket first, then the condenser, then the fans and the control. The suffix -D marks a door or drawer variant, and -FB marks a variant the maker lists separately.
With so many numbers, the full plate number is the key to the right gasket, so read us all of it when you call. Because of the number of variants, we ask you to read the plate over the phone, which lets us bring the right lid and gasket the first time.

They describe the pan layout of the rail. We use them with the plate number to match lids and gaskets, so tell us the number printed on the plate.
My pans are warm. What do you check first?
The lid and gasket, then the condenser and fans. Pans stacked above the rail can also block the cold air, so we look at how the table is loaded.
Do you service tables with drawers?
Yes. Drawer variants are marked -D in the number. We check the slides and drawer gaskets along with the refrigeration. We also look at the drain under the rail, since drawers sit lower and catch more spills.
