  • I-PRO 3E (1206-006)
  • I-PRO 3M (1206-004)

Repairs this series usually needs

  1. Product too soft or too hard
  2. Refrigeration problems from dirty filters and poor airflow
  3. Auger and drive problems
  4. Leaks at bowl seals and valves

The I-PRO is Crathco’s granita and slush machine in double and triple versions, in 2.9 gallon sizes and running on 115 volts. The M in the model means manual controls, and the E means electronic, so I-PRO 3M and I-PRO 3E are different machines.

When product turns out too soft or too hard, we check the mix and the controls first, then the auger and the refrigeration side. A dirty filter or a machine pushed against a wall keeps heat in, and kitchens make that worse.

Owners clean the filter, keep air space around the machine and watch the product. The refrigeration and electrical work is ours, with the quote written before any part is replaced. The model on the data plate, including the M or E, is the first thing we ask for.

FAQCrathco I-PRO Granita and Slush Machines questions
What does the M or E in I-PRO mean?

M is manual control and E is electronic control. Tell us which you have, since the control parts differ. The model is on the data plate.

Why is my I-PRO product too soft?

Mix, control settings and a hot refrigeration side can all cause it. Clean the filter and check the mix, then call us for a look at the refrigeration.

Do you repair older I-PRO machines?

Yes. Once we know the model, we put the quote in writing, and if an older machine is past a sensible repair, we tell you.
