The 1010 and 1410 machines are the larger Horizon Elite ice makers. Model numbers include HCC1010A, HMC1410W, HCD1010R, HMD1410N, HCE1010A and HME1410W. The letter near the end separates air-cooled, water-cooled and remote versions, and RIDE technology is part of the line.
They share the PC board and the light set with the 710. HI PRESSURE on a self-contained unit points to heat or condenser airflow, while on a remote system we also look at the outdoor condensing unit and the line set.
Follett sorts its parts and instructions by serial number, so we ask for the serial as well as the model before we plan parts. We start with water and drain, then the condenser and fan, and then the shuttle and PC board.

What is a remote Horizon Elite?
Models ending in R or N use a remote condensing unit, usually outdoors. That unit has its own fan and coil, so we check it when pressure alarms appear.
Can you clean the machine too?
Yes, we can handle cleaning. If a light is on, though, we diagnose first, because cleaning alone may not clear the cause of the problem on your machine.
