The CL and CLe machines are Hobart’s current rack conveyors, sold as models such as the CL44e, CL44eR, CL64e and the CL44-DWR Steam. They use a touchscreen and pressure sensors that watch the tanks, and they can connect over WiFi.
When a CLe stops, we check what the screen says, then the water supply, the tank sensors, the rinse booster and the conveyor path. A rack jam or an open door stops the machine on its own. Scale on the final rinse nozzles lowers rinse pressure and temperature, and water makes that common.
Tell us the model on the data plate when you book so we can confirm parts before the visit. Models with an R in the name, such as the CL44eR, add heat recovery, so we also look at that part of the machine when the rinse temperature drifts.

Look on the data plate. Models are named like CL44e or CL64e, and the number tells us the machine size. Have it ready when you call.
Why does my conveyor stop?
A rack jam, an open door or a tank problem can stop it. The screen usually says which. Clear a jam only with the machine off, and call us if it stops again.
Can you service the steam model?
Yes. The CL44-DWR Steam is on our list too, and the cost is quoted before we begin. Our labor is guaranteed for 30 days. The part for your model is confirmed ahead of the visit.
