The Commander Ace is Insinger’s high-temperature door-type dishwasher, rated at 60 racks an hour. It has a digital display with membrane switches and an LED hood indicator, and it empties through a pumped drain. ACE Mode runs an automated delime and sanitize routine, which is a big help in hard-water kitchens.

What is ACE Mode?
It is an automated delime and sanitize routine built into the Commander Ace. It descales the machine on a schedule. If it will not finish, we check the water, the heating and the controls.
Why will my drain not empty?
The Commander Ace uses a pumped drain, so a clogged sieve, a debris-filled pump or a weak pump can cause it. Let the water cool before reaching in, and call us if it stays.
Do you repair the display panel?
Yes. The membrane switches and the display get tested, and you hear the cost before any part is replaced. Cracked or wet panels can misread presses, so we look at those too.
