The Super 106 is Insinger’s three-tank rack conveyor. It uses about 0.72 gallons per rack and is rated at up to 330 racks an hour, so it serves large kitchens and institutions. The data plate reads Super 106.
With three tanks, there are more heaters, pumps and strainers to keep working.
