The M-iClean U is Meiko’s current undercounter machine for glasses, utensils and dishes. The types are US, UM, UM+ and UL, and the data plate carries the full type code. The color display shows gray messages that staff can acknowledge and red messages that mean the machine cannot continue.

The maker checks the error memory once a year, and so do we on a service visit. Common calls are door messages, a drainage sieve that is clogged, a tank that is slow to heat, a wash arm that is blocked or missing, and empty detergent or rinse aid. If your machine has demineralization or reverse osmosis, cartridge and filter messages are part of the routine.

We have a page for each M-iClean U message on this site. You get a written price before any work.
