The Nu-Vu QB and QBT are oven-proofer combinations: a convection oven stacked over a proofer. The QBT adds Automist proofing. The models are QB-3/9, QBT-3/9, QB-4/8, QBT-4/8, QB-5/10 and QBT-5/10.
Because it is two machines, we check both. For the oven we look at heat, the fan and the control. For the proofer we check the water supply, the element and the thermostat, and on the QBT the Automist parts. A leaking door on either unit loses heat and moisture. Humid weather and hard water both change how they behave.
A combination unit is two machines in one frame, so we plan for both. You get a written price first, and we tell you honestly if either part is past a sensible repair.

What is the difference between QB and QBT?
The QBT adds Automist proofing to the QB. The data plate carries the full number, and we confirm the parts for both the oven and the proofer from it.
