The Sammic CK Combi processors combine a vegetable cutter and a bowl cutter, with a brushless variable-speed motor and a color display with icons. The models are the CK-35V, CK-38V, CK-45V and CK-48V. SensoForce shows how hard the motor is working, and the model number is on the data plate.
When a CK will not start, a part that is not in position or a safety sensor is the first suspect. The display shows a plain-text message when a safety device is out of position. If the screen stays dark, the flat cable between boards or the keypad is the next check. Unplug the machine before touching a blade or disc.
The CK has a display and a brushless motor, so some problems are electronic and others mechanical. We give a written price first, and we tell you plainly when a repair would not be worth making.

What does the display tell me?
It shows a plain-text message when a safety device is out of position. Read the message and write it down before you call, since it tells us where to start.
Why does my screen stay dark?
A loose flat cable between boards or a failed keypad is the usual cause, and we check both. The keypad and panel are tested before any board is ordered.
What does SensoForce show?
It shows how hard the motor is working. If the indicator sits near the red zone, the load is too heavy, so ease off the product amount.
