Coffee Art, Coffee Club, Solido and Coffee Prime are earlier Schaerer models. They are older machines, no longer the current range, and many are still working in offices and small cafes. The model name is on the front of the machine or on the data plate.
Because the messages and the parts differ from one model to the next, we ask for the model name and the exact display text before we visit. Our first checks usually go to the bean path and grinder, the water supply, the brewing unit and the boilers and their sensors.
Bring us the old workhorse. We put our estimate on paper before touching anything, and an honest word comes with it when the machine has had its day.

What should I tell you when I call?
Give us the model name, the text on the display and what the machine was doing. A photo of the data plate makes the visit easier to plan, including which parts to bring.
Are parts a problem on older machines?
That depends on the model and the part. Where we can, we confirm parts before the visit, and if the cost is not sensible for the machine, we say so straight.
