Repairs this series usually needs
- Warm product in open-air cases
- Curved glass fogging
- Air curtain disrupted by drafts
- Probe codes on the display
- Condenser dust and drain problems
This True group covers display cases built for service counters and open merchandising: curved glass deli cases, open-air cases, air-curtain cases and milk coolers. Numbers such as TAC-14GS-HC, TCGG-36-HC and TCGG-36-S-HC show the pattern. Fifty numbers are in the group.
An open-air case relies on a curtain of cold air to hold temperature without a door, so drafts, fans and loading habits matter. A case near a door or a vent fights the curtain all day. We check the air flow, the fans and the coil first, then the control and the condenser. Curved glass adds seals and heaters that we also check.
For a milk cooler, we focus on holding temperature through a busy lunch rush. Keeping product below the load line helps the air curtain do its work, and we mention it if we see cases loaded too high.

The air curtain may be broken by a draft, a blocked vent or product stacked too high. We check the curtain, the fans and the coil.
Is a curved glass case harder to repair?
It needs care with the glass and seals, but the refrigeration work is the same. We bring the right gaskets for your number. Curved glass takes longer to handle.
Do you service milk coolers?
Yes. The TMC milk coolers are on our list, and we check temperature stability, door seals and the drain. We test the case at the load line.
