This large True family covers the TDM and TGM display merchandisers along with the TVM, FLM and CVM shapes. The plate number begins with the prefix, as in CVM-11-HC or CVM-20-HC, and the group lists 106 numbers. They vary in size and door style, but all are electronically controlled.

Display cabinets work in the customer’s eye, so a warm shelf or a fogged door matters right away. We start with the door heaters and gaskets, then the lights, then the air flow over the shelves. A display cabinet loaded to the front can block its own air path and warm up even when the refrigeration is working.

The condenser sits close to store traffic and picks up dust, so we clean it as part of most visits. We also check that shelves and signs do not block the return air, a common cause of warm product in the top row.

Why does product on the top shelf stay warm?

The air path may be blocked by product placed over the vents, or a fan may be weak. We check loading, fans and the control.

Do all these prefixes use the same parts?

No. Each shape has its own doors, shelves and sometimes controls. We use the full plate number to match parts. Lights and heaters differ too.

Can the condenser be cleaned without moving the cabinet?

Often yes, from the front or back panel. If access is tight we plan the visit around it and let you know ahead of time.
