The J-Series tables from Turbo Air include the JBT buffet display tables and the JST sandwich tables. Numbers such as JBT-36-N, JBT-48-N and JBT-60-N show the width. Eight numbers are in the group, and the controls use a PCB display panel.
A buffet table is often used with open pans in a dining room, where drafts and customer traffic disturb the cold air. We check the display panel and the sensor, then the condenser, the fans and the gaskets. The cabinet below holds temperature separately from the rail, and we test both.
Tell us if the table is near a door or a vent, since drafts affect how well the rail holds temperature. We confirm the plate number first so panel parts and gaskets are on the truck.

Warm room air and traffic add load, and a dusty condenser cannot keep up. We clean the coil and check the fans. Moving the table away from a vent helps too.
What is a PCB display panel?
It is a circuit board that runs the display and the temperature control. If the panel acts oddly we check power and connections before replacing it.
Do you service sandwich tables in the same family?
Yes. The JST uses a similar cabinet and control, and we use the plate number to match parts. The cabinet below the rail is similar.
