Turbo Air Prep Table Repair
We repair Turbo Air MST, PST and TST prep tables, TPR pass-through refrigerators and J-Series buffet tables in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego. Rail and controller get checked first, and the price is written before work starts.
Common Turbo Air prep tables problems
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Cold rail losing temperature at lunch rush
PST controller alarm lights on
Water pooling under the pizza table
Defrost sensor code on display
Compressor not cycling off
The Turbo Air prep tables we service include MST Mega and M-Series sandwich tables, PST pizza prep tables, TST Super Deluxe sandwich and salad tables from 28 to 93 inches, TPR pass-through refrigerators, and the JBT and JST J-Series tables. The PST controller has lights for compressor, defrost, evaporator fan, key lock, door open and alarm.
Those lights help us a great deal. A compressor light that stays on while the cabinet is warm suggests a dirty condenser or a sealed-system problem, and a defrost light that never goes out points to a heater or sensor. On the PST, the compressor turns on at about 38 degrees F return air and off near 34, so a table that drifts well above that deserves a check.
Water under a PST table often comes from a drain hose that slipped out of the drain pan. We also check lid seals, because a prep table beside the cooking line takes heat all day. Self-cleaning condensers still need a periodic blow-out, and grease may not come off with ordinary cleaner. We replace what is worn and test the cabinet before we leave.

They show whether the compressor, defrost, evaporator fan, key lock, door open or alarm is active. Tell us which ones are lit and we narrow down the cause faster.
Why is the rail on my Turbo Air prep table warm?
Pans that sit too high, a worn lid seal or a dirty condenser can all warm the rail. We check them in that order.
Do you repair Turbo Air TPR pass-through refrigerators?
Yes. We service TPR pass-through cabinets along with the prep tables, and we confirm parts from the model label first.
