The WX series is a line of Wolf gas restaurant ranges, with model numbers such as WX24-4B, WX36-6B, WX60F-6B24G and WX60-10B. The number after WX is the width in inches, and the part after the dash shows the top, with B for burners and G for a griddle, so a WX36-6B has six burners.
On a WX range we start with the pilots and burners, because dirt and grease are what stop them most often. Then we check the oven thermostat, the valves and the gas pressure. Should you ever smell gas, step outside and call the gas utility from there.
