What does Speed Queen Right-most decimal point lit mean?

This light is a communication notice. A dryer with the electronic control can be linked to a network, perhaps for audit data or remote settings, and it keeps watching that link. When it loses contact with the network or the device it expects, it lights the decimal point at the far right of the display (display text: Right-most decimal point lit). The check says nothing about heat, gas or the drum, so the dryer can continue drying normally. The manual says to wait about a minute and a half to see if the light clears, then to power the dryer down and up again.
