Symphony Plus and Maestro Plus are Follett ice makers that sit on a dispenser or fit under a counter, such as the 12CI425A, EP425A, D414AS and E414AS. They make flake or Chewblet ice, and the ice maker sits above or beside the dispensing equipment.
Because these machines pair an ice maker with a dispenser, a call for no ice can mean the maker, the transport path or the dispenser. We trace ice from the maker to the chute before we replace anything.
