The STE series is the current line of Market Forge electric steamers. The plate shows STE or ST-E, and the full model sits next to it. Have it ready when you call.
For an STE that is slow or will not fill, we check the water supply, fill valve and level sensing, then scale inside the generator. After that we test the timer, door switch and heating parts. Let steam release and the cabinet cool before inspection.

Why is my steamer slow to fill?
Look for a closed supply valve or a clogged strainer. If both are fine, call us, because sensors and fill valves are the usual causes and they need testing to separate.
