PS and TS are older Market Forge convection steamers. Plates show PS-3E, PS-6E, TS-5E or 3005CTE. The E at the end of most of them marks electric.
When a convection steamer weakens, we start with water and scale, then the door seal and cabinet drain. After that come the heating parts and the timer. Let the cabinet cool and steam release before inspection, because steam burns fast.
