The UPster U 400 M2 is a Meiko glass and dishwasher, sold as the U 400 and the tall U 400 T M2. The U 500 and U 500S belong to an older series. The display shows INFO messages for notices and ERR messages for problems that stop the machine.
Service access is by holding the on/off key for about three seconds, and the error memory is checked each year with a service tool. When an ERR message appears, we start with the owner’s checks the maker lists: water supply, feed hose, inlet filter and rinse nozzles. Then we test the door contacts, the drain pump, the tank heating and the sensors.
