The Delta 5-E is a chemical-sanitizing door-type machine that Jackson sells as both a glasswasher and a dishwasher. It washes about 40 racks an hour on 115 volts and uses an electromechanical timer.
Bars and restaurants call us for cloudy glasses and weak sanitizer. We check the chemical canister and pump first, then the fill, drain and door switch. Hard water leaves film on glasses, so we also look at the water and advise on a delime routine.
