Jackson Glasswasher Repair
We repair Jackson Delta 5-E door-type glasswashers and Delta rotary glasswashers in Miami, Los Angeles, Houston, New York and San Diego, the machines bars and restaurants lean on every night. We confirm the model first and give you the price in writing before work starts.
Common Jackson glasswashers problems
In plain words, the way kitchen and laundry staff describe them when they call.
Glasses come out cloudy
Chemical pump will not prime
Machine will not fill
Wash cycle does not start
Water leaking at the door
The Delta 5-E is a chemical-sanitizing door-type machine rated for glasses and dishes, with an electromechanical timer and 115 volt power. The Delta rotary line, the Delta 115 and Delta 1200, handles glasses in volume and comes in 115 volt or 208-230 volt versions. Both depend on the chemical feed to sanitize, so an empty or unprimed pump affects every rack that goes through.
Cloudy glasses are the call we hear most. Hard water, the wrong chemical amount and lime scale are the usual causes, so we check the delime routine, the chemical pump and the rinse before anything else. These machines have built-in priming switches, which makes a pump that will not draw product a quick test for us. Bars are humid and busy, and when the wash cycle will not start, a timer or relay that sticks is worth checking.
If your Delta is an older unit, we still repair it, and we say so plainly when a repair is not worth the money.

Why are the glasses from my Jackson Delta cloudy?
Hard water, too little rinse aid and lime scale are the usual causes. Start the delime routine if it is due and check the chemical containers. If glasses are still cloudy, call us and we test the pump and rinse.
Can my Jackson Delta 5-E wash dishes as well as glasses?
The Delta 5-E is a chemical-sanitizing door-type machine rated for both glasses and dishes. If it stops sanitizing or will not fill, call us with the model and we plan the repair before the visit.
