The Admiral ADVANCED is Insinger’s current single-tank rack conveyor, offered as the Admiral ADVANCED 44 and the Admiral ADVANCED 66. It has an IS booster, a CrossFire wash, RackAware Plus and a redesigned control panel, and the optional VaporGuard system lets it work without a hood. The data plate gives the model and options.
When an Admiral stops or cleans poorly, we start with the rack path and the conveyor, then the tank temperature and the final rinse. Scale from water collects in the nozzles and the booster, and we look there too. If VaporGuard is fitted, we check its parts as well.

What is RackAware Plus?
It is the maker's rack sensing feature on the Admiral ADVANCED. If the conveyor stops or mis-senses racks, we check the sensors and the control, and give you a written price.
Do you service the VaporGuard option?
