The ProSeries XTP is Eemax’s thermostatic tankless electric heater, from 18 to 54 kW on 208 or 480 volt three-phase power. It handles 0.7 to 3 gallons a minute at 60 to 180F and can boost water up to 180F for a dishwasher. A four-line LED display and SafeStart are part of the control. Your heater’s data plate gives its exact model.
When an XTP gives weak hot water, we check the thermal cut-out, the contactors and the elements, then the flow against the rating. The control adapts the heat to flow, but a flow above the rating still keeps it from reaching 180F. Scale in water cuts output over time.
Switch the heater off at the breaker before anyone looks at it, and do not reset a cut-out yourself. Your written price comes before the repair.

Can an XTP supply a dishwasher?
