The Sammic KE-5V and KE-8V are cutter-emulsifiers, bowl cutters with variable speed and a display. When a safety device is out of position, the display shows a plain-text message. The FORCE CONTROL ring moves toward the red zone as the motor nears overload.
The machine stops after 30 minutes of idle running, so a machine that has stopped by itself may not be broken. If it will not start, check that the lid is closed and the bowl is seated. We check the safety switches, the display, the motor and the bearings. Unplug before touching the blade.

What is the FORCE CONTROL ring?
It shows how hard the motor is working. When it nears the red zone, the motor is close to overload, so ease off the load.
Why did the machine stop by itself?
It stops after 30 minutes of idle running, so press Start again and call us if it will not restart. The timeout protects the motor, so it is not a sign of damage.
