The G4 ThermoPro Twin is Wilbur Curtis’s twin brewer with the G4 digital control. Look for G4TP1 or G4TP15 on the data plate. The brewer separates messages into warnings, which let you keep brewing, and errors, which stop it.
That difference helps in a busy shop. A Lime Scale Warning or Low Water Flow Warning is a chance to schedule service before the brewer stops. An Over Temp. Error or Water Level Error needs the brewer switched off at once.
