What does Scotsman All lights blinking mean?

On the Scotsman Prodigy Plus D Series cuber, the four indicator lights normally show the machine's state one by one. When all of them blink together, the manual's table reads that the unit is remotely locked out. It adds that the owner should check with the leasing company. A remote lockout is not a failure in the machine. It is a restriction placed on it from outside, which in a leased machine can be related to the leasing arrangement. The table gives no causes and no steps beyond contacting the leasing company or a service agent. So the practical situation is that the machine is stopped by a lock, not by a cooling or water problem, and cleaning, descaling or resetting will not remove it. Only the party that placed the lock can lift it.
