Doyon’s SRO oven is a roll-in rack convection oven, built as the SRO1G, SRO1E, SRO2G and SRO2E for single or double rack, gas or electric. The CA Circle Air models, including the CA6X, CA6G and CA12, rotate the pans inside the oven, and the CA6X has a programmable control with 32 recipes. The JA Jet Air ovens are stationary and range from the JA4 to the JA28, with gas versions marked G.
The oven-proofer combinations, such as the JAOP6, JAOP14, CAOP6 and CAOP12, put a proofer under the oven. The PIZ3 and PIZ6 are stone deck ovens for pizza. When any of these heats unevenly, we check the convection fan, the burner or element, and the door seal. A gas oven that fails to light sends us to the ignition system, and if you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside.
On rotating models, a rack that stops turning needs the drive and the rack seating checked. A dark digital control or a wrong temperature reading leads us to the sensor and the board. Older Jet Air ovens are still working in many kitchens, and we tell you honestly when the repair costs more than the oven is worth.

My Doyon gas oven will not light. What should I do?
If you smell gas, leave the building and call the gas utility from outside. Otherwise tell us the model and what you see, and we check the ignition system before the visit.

Yes. We service the JAOP and CAOP combinations and check both the oven and the proofer, so one visit covers both, and we give you a written price first.
