Electrolux Washer Extractor Error Code 08: No Heating
Error code 08 means the water temperature is rising too slowly while heating is active. The manual limit is normally about 3 C per 10 minutes, and it varies by model. A technician should check the heater element, its power supply and the heater contactor.

What does Electrolux Professional error code 08 mean?
When a program asks for heating, the CPU board watches the temperature sensor and expects the water to climb at a minimum rate. The manual gives that limit as normally about 3 C in 10 minutes, with variation by model. If the rise is slower, the board concludes the heating is not working and shows ERROR 008 / NO HEATING. The check does not say which part failed, only that the water is not warming fast enough. Causes include a burned-out heater element, a break in its power supply, a heater contactor that does not close, and for mop programs a water level below the 90 scale units that heating needs in the main wash. In that last case the heater is held off on purpose. A fill that is very cold or very large can also stretch the time.
