The Berkel 300M and 330M are classic flywheel slicers with 12 and 13 inch blades and automatic feed. Delis and specialty counters use them for prosciutto and other cured meats.

Why does my flywheel bind?
Dried residue or worn bearings are the usual causes, and we clean, lubricate and replace what is worn. The flywheel should turn smoothly by hand when we finish.
What does a wobbling blade mean?
The blade may be loose on its mount or bent, and either one makes slices uneven. Stop using it, keep your hands clear, and call us to look at the mounting.
