Repairs this series usually needs
- Chemical sanitizer low
- Pump not running
- Tank not filling or draining
- Door switch problems
- Scale and film
CMA’s upright low-temperature machines are door-type dishwashers that sanitize with chemicals. They carry names such as Model AH, B, C, M2 and M3. Check the data plate for the exact name.
When one does not sanitize or the pump will not run, we check the chemical canister and pump, the door switch and the timer, then the fill and drain. Water leaves scale and film on parts and glassware.
Wear the gloves and eye protection the chemical maker calls for, and never bypass the chemical pump or a door switch. These older machines sit in many kitchens, and some are past saving, which we tell you honestly. A written price comes before any repair. Older uprights like these are often worth repairing when the parts are simple.

My chemical pump will not prime. What now?
Check the canister is not empty and the line is in the product. If the pump still will not prime, call us and do not bypass it, because a working pump is what sanitizes.
Are these older models worth repairing?
Often. Many of these uprights are still doing daily work. Where a repair would not pay off we say so, and the cost is quoted before any work starts.
