The Doyon PIZ series is a line of stone deck pizza ovens: PIZ3 and PIZ6, with B for base and G for gas versions, so the models are PIZ3, PIZ3B, PIZ3G, PIZ6, PIZ6B and PIZ6G. They fit pizzerias that want a real deck bake.

Why do my pizzas cook unevenly?
Uneven heat points to the burner, the elements or a cracked stone, and we check each. We also test the control sensor, since a reading that drifts can cause the same trouble.
Can a cracked stone be replaced?
Yes, a cracked or loose stone can usually be replaced without touching the rest of the oven. We check the heat distribution while we are there.
