- Control or ignition problems
The PT125 and PT200 are Hubbell’s tankless gas boosters for conveyor and flight machines. They are 90 percent efficient, and the PT125 takes in 125,000 Btu an hour and puts out 100,000. A digital display shows status, and the powered vent runs through a 4 inch side vent or a 3 inch rear vent.
When a PT125 or PT200 falls short, we check the gas supply, the ignition and the burner, then the vent and the flow against the machine’s needs. A tankless booster makes hot water only while water flows, so recovery and flow limits matter. Scale in water reduces output.
A gas odor means stepping outside first and phoning the gas utility from there. Switch the booster off at the breaker before anyone looks at it. The cost comes to you ahead of the repair.
