Besides Entyce and Impact, Hussmann has made many other lines, including SHM multi-deck cases, DDSS deli cases, SMG8B and SSG8B reach-ins, RFLN and RFLNS cases, the HGM-1BS, the RDI-27, the Q3SSM-R, the Isla and the Chino RCD. Many of them are older cases still in daily use.
Controls differ by case, so the first job is to identify the case from its data plate. After that the routine is familiar: store conditions, loading and airflow, defrost and drain, fans, and the condenser on self-contained models.
We tell you plainly when an older case needs more than it is worth, and we give a written price before any repair. The data plate on the case is where we start for every one of these families.

How do I identify the case?
Read the model from the data plate and tell us the case type, such as multi-deck, reach-in or deli. That lets us plan the visit.
What if only one case is warm?
We start with that case, its loading and its airflow. If several cases are warm, the store refrigeration system may be the cause and we say so.
