The PS528 sits beside the PS520 as an older Middleby Marshall conveyor oven. The PS528G is gas and the PS528E electric, and the data plate carries the number. The same digital temperature controller applies, with ALM 1 marking the high-limit shutdown at 650 F.
If a PS528 does not heat, we check whether it reached 200 F within 15 minutes of startup, because the oven stops heating if it does not. If the conveyor will not move, we check whether the oven is at temperature or the belt is jammed. Uneven baking leads us to the fingers and blower.

The oven stops heating after the startup time has passed. Turn it off, wait five minutes and try again once. If it repeats, call us so we can check the burner and controls.
Why did ALM 1 stop my oven?
The oven reached 650 F, and the high limit shut down the burner to protect it. We find out why it overheated before the oven is used again.
