Repairs this series usually needs
- Oven will not heat
- Conveyor will not move
- Uneven bake
- Burner or blower problems
The PS555 and PS570 are older Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens in gas and electric versions. The PS555E is electric and the PS555G gas. The PS570G replaced the PS570S, so you may see either number on a data plate in the field.
The checks follow the same order as on the other PS ovens. For no heat we look at the gas supply, burner and controls on the gas models and the elements and contactors on electric. For a belt that will not move we check the drive. Uneven baking leads us to the fingers and the blower.
We confirm which number your oven carries before a visit, because the PS570S and PS570G use different parts. We repair these older ovens and give a written price first.

No. The PS570G replaced the PS570S, so parts can differ. Send us the whole number on the data plate, and the right parts are confirmed before we arrive.
Which of these ovens are gas?
The G in the model number marks gas and the E marks electric. A plain PS555 or PS570 should be confirmed on the data plate.
Do you service these older conveyors?
Yes. Older PS555 and PS570 ovens are fair game for us, and we are candid when repair is not worth the cost.
