The PS640 is the current Middleby Marshall conveyor oven, in gas as the PS640G and electric as the PS640E. A touch-screen controller with a PLC shows alerts in plain words. The front belt and rear belt are watched separately, and the controller also watches the main blower, the combustion blower and the control compartment temperature.

How often do the PS640 filters need cleaning?
