The SUn-H and SUn-L are Stero’s current undercounter dishwashers, washing about 30 racks an hour. The SUn-H is the high-temperature model with Rinse Assurance for a 180F final rinse, and the SUn-L is the low-temperature version. The data plate gives the model.
The machine has service diagnostics with error notifications, plus a delime notification that tells staff when it is due for descaling. We read what the display says, then check the water supply, the fill and drain, the door switch and the heating. Water leaves scale on heating parts, so the delime reminder is worth following.

What does the delime notification mean?
It means the machine is due for descaling. Follow the schedule in the owner's manual. Water is hard, so do not put it off.
Where is the SUn model number?
The data plate on the machine has it. It reads SUn-H for the high-temperature model or SUn-L for the low-temperature model. Have it ready when you call so we confirm parts.
