What does Eversys error code W-134 mean?
The cup warmer on a Cameo is given a fixed time to reach its target temperature. The control allows 10 minutes. If the heater does not get there in that time, the control switches it off as a precaution and shows W-134. Staff see the warning, and cups stay cool, while drinks themselves usually continue. A heating problem or a temperature reading problem in the cup warmer is likely. The heater element may be weak or lose its supply, the sensor may read wrongly, or the switching may fail to hold. The load matters as well: cups stacked tightly or covered with towels, or things placed on the warmer, trap heat or block the vents so that the target cannot be reached in the time. Those are operator matters, and they come first. The surface of the cup warmer can be hot, so care is needed. Shutting the machine down at the main switch for ten seconds and starting it again lets the control try once more. If W-134 comes back with the warmer clear, the heater, its sensor or its switching needs a technician's test. The display text is W-134.

Does W-134 affect my drinks?
Usually not. It affects cup warming only.
Why did the heater switch off?
It did not reach its target in 10 minutes, so the control switched it off as a precaution.
Can covering the cups cause it?
Yes. Covered or tightly stacked cups can trap heat or block vents, and the warmer may not reach target in time.
