Eversys Lines We Repair
Eversys machines are super-automatic and busy, so downtime hurts. We repair the Cameo and Cameo C, the Enigma and Shotmaster machines, including the e’2 and e’4, which have left and right coffee boilers, and the E’Line series. The Cameo uses cleaning balls, the Everclean milk cleaning system and a steam boiler.
The messages come in three families. E messages are errors that need attention, W messages are warnings, and S messages are service prompts. E-011 to E-014 and E-023 say that a unit, such as the hydraulic, milk, brewing, grinder or water pump unit, is not connected. E-050 is a communication error between the two processors, and E-099 is a lost connection between the display and the processor. E-021 says the grinder motor ran endlessly and power was cut. E-102, E-103 and E-104 involve the steam boiler fill and heating timeouts.
Warnings, Cleaning and First Steps
W-004 means water flow is too low, and we look at the filter and at coffee ground too fine. W-068, W-069, W-080 and W-081 say a grinder is blocked. W-014 is a water filter replacement, and S-014 and S-017 ask for rinsing or cleaning. W-037 and S-028 tell us the milk system was cleaned without detergent, which is why the maker calls for Everclean detergent, one pump of 25 ml, in the milk cleaning cycle.
When a machine goes into standby because a boiler overheated, as E-017 and E-094 do, we find out why before we bring it back. For communication errors, the manual’s first step is to switch the machine off, wait ten seconds and switch it on, and you can do that before you call. Scale in boilers is common with hard water, so we check the water treatment too. The price is written down before we begin, and the work has a 30-day warranty.

What should I do first when my Eversys shows a communication error?
Switch the machine off, wait ten seconds and switch it on again. If the E message returns, call us and we test the connections between the display, the processors and each of the units.
Why does my Cameo say W-037?
The milk system was cleaned without detergent. Use the Everclean detergent, one pump of 25 ml, as the cleaning cycle asks. If the message stays after a proper cleaning, we check the milk system and its pump.
