Electrolux Washer Extractor Error Code 01: No Water
Error code 01 means the drum did not fill to the level the program asked for within the allowed fill time, normally 10 minutes. Check that the water valves are open and the hoses are not kinked, then start the program again. If it returns, a technician should test the filler valve, the valve control board and the level system.
Medium: the cycle ends and the load is not washed, but the cause is usually on the water side and the machine is otherwise intact.

What does Electrolux Professional error code 01 mean?
The CPU board starts a fill timer whenever a program calls for water. It watches the level system and compares what it reports with the level set in the program. If the drum has not reached that level when the timer runs out, the board stops waiting, ends the cycle and shows ERROR 001 / NO WATER. The manual gives the normal limit as 10 minutes and notes it varies by model and software, so a slow supply and a dead valve look the same to the control. It only knows that the water level never arrived. Operators usually find a damp load sitting in a drum that is empty or only part full, and nothing further happens until someone responds to the message.

- Measure supply pressure and flow at the inlet and inspect the inlet strainers.
