Electrolux Washer Extractor Error Code 15: Emergency Stop
Error code 15 means the emergency stop switch has been activated. Release the switch and check that nobody pressed it by accident, then restart. If the message stays with the switch released, a technician should check the switch and its cable.

What does Electrolux Professional error code 15 mean?
The emergency stop switch is wired into the CPU board so that pressing it halts the machine at once. The board reads the switch as part of its safety chain, and when the input shows the switch is activated it stops the program and shows ERROR 015 / EMERGENCY STOP. The manual treats three possibilities: someone pressed the switch by mistake, the switch is defective, or the cable is wrong or shorted. A switch that is actually pressed is the simplest case and is cleared by releasing it. A switch that appears released but still reports a stop is the case that needs service, because a worn contact or damaged cable keeps the input open. Staff see the machine refuse to run even though nobody is near it.
