The C-series Prodigy cubers, such as the C0322, C0630, C0830, C1030, C1448, C1848, C2148 and C2648, are the older Prodigy and Prodigy Plus line. A four-light panel tells you the story: Power, Status, Water, and De-Scale and Sanitize. A blinking green Power light means the self test failed, a blinking red Status light points to a shutdown or a sensor problem, and a blinking red Water light means no water is sensed.
A steady yellow De-Scale and Sanitize light is a cleaning reminder. If all four lights blink, the machine has been remotely locked out by a leasing company.

The model number on the data plate starts with C for this family. Numbers such as C0630 or C1448 belong here, and an R at the end marks a remote version.
What does a yellow De-Scale light mean?
The cleaning timer has run out. Clean and sanitize following the owner manual. Skipping it invites scale and freeze problems, especially with the hard water we see.
All four lights are blinking. Is it broken?
It may be locked out by a leasing company. Contact them first. If you do not lease the machine, call us and we will check the controller to see why the lights blink.
