The Impact series covers medium and low temperature remote merchandisers: multi-deck cases, reach-ins and service cases. The line is organized by type, such as Impact MT, Impact LT, Impact service merchandisers and Impact reach-in, and the exact case model appears on the Case Data Sheet that came with the case.
The medium temperature cases are designed for a store at 75 F and 55 percent humidity, and some models at 80 F.
Because refrigeration comes from the store system, we start with the case: loading and airflow, defrost and drain, fans and lighting. Then we work out whether the cause is the case controller or the system supply.

If one case is warm, we start with that case. If several are warm, the store system may be the cause, and we tell you what we find so you can act.

Yes. LED lighting power supplies fail on these cases, and we replace them for you with a written price first, before we order any parts.
