These are the earlier Alto-Shaam Combitherm combi ovens that came before the CT Express and the CTP. The model numbers we see include 6.10ES, 7.14ESi, 10.10ESi and 20.20ES, and the gas versions use ESG. The numbers give the size, such as 20.20 for the large floor-standing oven.

How do I read an older model like 20.20ES?
The first numbers are the size, and the letters give the type: ES is electric steam and ESG is gas. If the label is faded, we confirm on the visit.
Are parts still available for the ES line?
Some parts are available and some are not. We check before the visit, and we tell you early if a part cannot be found, so you can decide whether the oven is worth keeping.
