SilverFry is the plain, affordable gas fryer from Anets. The data plate reads 35AS, 40AS, 45AS or 70AS, and the first number gives the oil class.
A fryer this simple relies on its temperature control, gas valve and ignition, so those get our attention first. Soot on the flue tubes slows recovery, and a weak flame is a common reason for a burner that will not stay on.

The 70AS is the larger SilverFry model, while the 35AS, 40AS and 45AS are the smaller sizes. The exact model is printed on the data plate, so read it to us when you book.
Why do my fry temperatures swing?
A thermostat out of tolerance is the usual reason temperatures swing. We compare it with the real oil temperature, check the probe, and tell you the cost before we start.
Is a leaking pot repairable?
Usually not in a way that lasts. We confirm where the leak comes from and then recommend what is worth your money, including replacing the fryer when that is the better deal.
