The PS670, PS770 and PS870 are older Middleby Marshall conveyor ovens with a touch-screen controller. The PS670G is the gas model. The model number is on the data plate, and we use it to confirm the controller and the parts before a visit.
The touch screen uses alerts like those on the PS640. A belt alert tells us which belt stopped. Control Over Temp tells us the front filters need attention. High Temp Error points to a thermocouple or controller problem, and a blower alert points to the main or burner blower. We read the alert text and test in that order.
These ovens are older lines still in service, and we repair them. Where one has outlived repair we say so, and the price is on paper before any work begins.

The alert table is the same for the PS640 and PS670, so Belt Jammed, Control Over Temp and High Temp Error mean the same thing on both.
Is a PS770 or PS870 repairable?
Yes. They are older ovens, but we service them. The price comes in writing first, and we are honest if the oven is not worth the repair.
What do I do for a Rear Belt Jammed alert?
Turn off the oven, let it cool, remove any obstruction and restart. If nothing was blocking the belt, call us so we can test the drive.
